Delete your account and data
For Receptionist AI Assistant, OutreachAgent: AI Sales Closer, and Ad Manager AI
You can request deletion of an account and the personal information associated with it. If the application provides a Delete Account control in its settings, use that control. You may also submit a request by email.
How to submit a request
- Send the request from the email address associated with the account.This helps us verify that the request is authorized.
- Name the product and write “Delete my account.”Include only the information needed to identify the account. Do not send a password.
- Complete verification if requested.We may ask for limited additional information to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.
What happens next
After verification, we will delete or de-identify account information and product data under our control unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or another legal obligation. Information held by a connected third-party service may need to be deleted through that service. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will contact you if additional time is reasonably required.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel through your Apple account settings to prevent future renewal.
