Voice data (Receptionist AI only): Calls are processed by Twilio's infrastructure. TDC does not store call recordings.

Payment information: All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. TDC never accesses your card details.

Business profile data: Website URL and business information you enter to configure your AI agent.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate and continuously improve the apps. To generate AI responses using our AI infrastructure. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with advertisers. We do not store conversation content on our servers.

3. Third Party Services

Apple Inc. — In-App Purchase processing and App Store distribution.

Anthropic — Claude AI API for intelligent response generation.

OpenAI — GPT API for additional AI capabilities.

Twilio — Voice call processing for Receptionist AI only.

Each third party operates under their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Storage

App data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain server-side storage of your personal content or conversation history. Website contact form submissions are email only and are not shared.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. This policy is compliant with GDPR and CCPA. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
