1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using any application or service offered by Turner Digital Consulting ("TDC", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
TDC offers AI-powered business automation applications including Receptionist AI, OutreachAgent, Ad Manager AI, and RentOS. Services are provided on a subscription or one-time purchase basis through the Apple App Store.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through your Apple ID account. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
4. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, unused trial allowances are forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. Only one free trial is permitted per Apple ID.
5. Token Packs
One-time token pack purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to generate unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or fraudulent content. You are solely responsible for all content generated through your account. TDC reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our applications use third-party AI services including Anthropic Claude and Replicate Flux Pro to generate content. AI-generated content may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing or deploying it.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Our apps may connect to third-party platforms including Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok via OAuth. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. TDC is not responsible for third-party platform actions, policy changes, or account suspensions.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content produced by TDC remains the property of Turner Digital Consulting. Content you generate using our tools belongs to you.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from use of our AI tools including campaign performance, lead conversion, or revenue outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 90 days prior to the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
