Terms of use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Turner Digital Consulting, LLC, also referred to as “TDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By accessing this website or using a covered application or service, you agree to these terms.
1. Covered services
These terms apply to turnerdigitalconsulting.com and TDC products including Receptionist AI Assistant, OutreachAgent: AI Sales Closer, and Ad Manager AI. Consulting, development, or enterprise services are governed by a separate written agreement. RentOS may be governed by separate terms presented through its website or application.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you use a service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, configuring authorized users, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account or integration has been compromised.
4. Subscriptions, purchases, and cancellation
Prices, trial periods, subscription intervals, token or usage allowances, and included features are shown at purchase. Purchases made through Apple are billed and managed by Apple. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before renewal. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law. Removing an application does not automatically cancel a subscription.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use a service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security, gain unauthorized access, misrepresent identity, deceive recipients, generate unlawful or discriminatory content, interfere with a service, or build a competing product through unauthorized extraction or reverse engineering.
6. Calls, messages, outreach, and advertising
You are responsible for the legality of every campaign, call, recording, message, advertisement, audience, contact list, and offer you direct a TDC product to process. This includes obtaining required consent, providing recording and AI disclosures, honoring opt-outs and do-not-call requests, following platform policies, and complying with telemarketing, privacy, consumer protection, advertising, and sector-specific rules. TDC products must not be used for emergency services or to impersonate a person without authorization.
7. AI-generated output
AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable results. Output is not legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing output, confirming facts, protecting confidential information, and maintaining human oversight before publishing, sending, or acting on it.
8. Your content and connected accounts
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TDC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions. Third-party integrations are also governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability may change.
9. TDC intellectual property
TDC and its licensors own the services, software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and original materials, excluding your content. These terms provide a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use a service for its intended business purpose. No other rights are granted.
10. Consulting engagements and website information
This website provides general information and does not create a consulting relationship or guarantee availability, results, or suitability. Consulting and custom development begin only through a signed agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, security, fees, intellectual property, and acceptance criteria.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, material breach, platform requirements, or harm to users, TDC, or third parties. You may stop using a service at any time, but cancellation and deletion are separate actions.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” TDC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, specific commercial results, or continued availability of a third-party provider.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. TDC’s total liability arising from a covered service will not exceed the amount you paid TDC for that service during the 90 days before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify TDC from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your campaigns or communications, your violation of law or these terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
15. Governing law
Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Travis County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
16. Changes and contact
